Q: I have just received the activation email for my new Enhanced Voice Mail service, what should I do first?

Congratulations, your service has been activated and is ready to use. Your toll-free 800 number and personal 5-digit Mailbox Number appear in the body of the activation email you just received.  The first thing we suggest you do is record your own greeting and change your password.  Please refer to the Complete Operating Instructions were attached to the activation email you just received or click on the Customer Service button above to view the Operating Instructions online.

Q: Where can I use my toll-free voice mail service?

A:
Anyone can call and leave you a message from, and you can access your messagesvia the same toll-free number, from anywhere within the continental U.S.  Whether someone is leaving you a message, or you are retrieving your messages, there's no long distances charges. Best of all, your voice messages will be emailed, as an audio file attachment, to you for your convenience.

Q: How long will my recorded messages be available via phone?

A:
You will be able to call in and listen to your recorded messages for up to 14 days.

Q: How will I be billed for this service?

A:
For your convenience, our charges will appear on your local telephone bill. There are no credit checks and No Credit Card is required.

Q: Is there a long term commitment?

A:
No, there's no long-term commitment, no contracts and no future obligations.  You may cancel your service at any time.

Q: How do I change the email address to which my audio messages get delivered?

A:
